The Cheat Sheet with Professor Ken Wong: Differentiation is Everything

🎓A few months ago - we sat down for a master class with one of Canada’s most brilliant marketing minds. 

Professor Ken Wong is a (retiring) distinguished professor of marketing at the Smith School of Business - where he was a faculty member for nearly 50 years. Over his illustrious career - he has graced magazine covers, been a routine fixture across some of the largest media outlets in the country, was inducted into the Canadian Marketing Hall of Legends & shaped the lives of countless students. 

Amongst other things - we chatted with him about the interesting detour that led him to have a marketing career, what marketing is all about, his original mentors, the common qualities of a successful marketer (vetted by a sample size of thousands of students), how to prepare themselves & some fun banter at Western’s expense (sorry not sorry).
